Chef Eric Lanlard is a renowned pastry chef and culinary personality.
Born in Plomelin, Brittany, France, he began his culinary journey at a young age, working with prestigious establishments and renowned chefs like Albert and Michel Roux in the UK. Known for creating stunning and innovative desserts, cakes and Afternoon Teas, he has been featured on various television shows, including his own series, “Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard” and “Glamour Puds”.
Chef Eric has authored several cookbooks, sharing his expertise in pastry and baking with home cooks and professionals. He is the owner of “Cake Boy,” a baking school in London, where he offers classes and workshops as well as producing “show stopper” patisserie cakes for special occasions.
Eric’s talents have earned him international recognition, and he has served as a judge on various culinary competitions as well as working with luxury brands of hotels, Airlines and Cruise Companies, creating new concepts and menus.
